SHEC attempts to accomplish its vision through the concerted efforts of the officers and staffs which consist of the following: 1. The Executive Director: Overall Chief Executive Officer of the organization and provides overall supervision to the different programs of the SHEC. 2. The Assistant Executive Director: Assists the Executive Director and the takes charge of values formation activities3. One Administrative/Financial Staff: in-charge of financial operations and personnel matters of the organization4. Six Project Officers: assigned to coordinate and manage specific programs and project tasks
